One of my most faves!

Love this podcast! The guys are funny, entertaining and defintely informative. They could just tell ghost and alien stories, but they go so much more in depth than just storu telling. I've learned a lot about other countries, cultures, and histories and am entertained while doing it. College professors could only hope for such a feat! As a "skeptical believer" it's great to have both sides of a subject presented and you can tell they guys do their homework on their subjects. For those who just want stories or hate discussion segues, this may not be your cup of tea, but if you like to feel like you're part of a discussion with friends, I definitely recommend checking it out! Great job, guys!

A good addition to any paranormal lover's podcast feed

I started to listen to this podcast to find out more about a certain topic and couldn't put down. The hosts are very entertaining and I appreciate the wide variety of topics they cover. There are many things they talk about that I had never heard of before, despite the other paranormal podcasts I listen to.

Honestly love it more than Lore

I stumbled across this podcast looking for something to listen to after bingeing all of Lore, and it’s my absolute favorite thing. Sam and Jason present spooky stuff with both sincerity and skepticism, and the script and story is peppered with their sass and banter. Their enthusiasm for the show subjects is obvious in their research and they also have really pleasant voices, which is a plus for a podcast for sure. Literally I can’t praise Not Alone enough. I really think it should be held as the gold standard for paranormal podcasts.

As an aside, I REALLY appreciate that they do content warnings for potentially disturbing content DURING the show and not just the show notes. I had a super negative experience with another podcast that just dropped a ton of super descriptive gore with no warning and left me with a wicked panic attack while stuck on a plane. It’s wonderful to know that I don’t have to worry about that here, and I’m super grateful for their consideration.
