I recently came upon your podcasts and can’t stop listening. It’s so refreshing to hear your experiences and your knowledge. And you make it so entertaining to listening too. This podcast is everything!

Jackie and Gabe, thank you for talking about the issues close to our hearts for anyone living with mental illness and their support people. And frankly for people who want to know how to be a more empathetic person. I’m often driving to work while listening and all I can say is there are a lot of emphatic and involuntary “yassssssss”’s coming out of my mouth. 💃🏻
