Ep. 010: Borat Subsequent Moviefilm
This episode, Mike and Geoff use Borat Subsequent Moviefilm: Delivery of Prodigious Bribe to American Regime for Make Benefit Once Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan to discuss the need for waivers when filming live events, the common law right to privacy, and the statutory right to publicity. Notably, the guys manage to entirely avoid discussing Rudy Giuliani, which is sure to be a disappointment to someone who so loves being the center of attention.
Oh, and a shout out to the great people at Unchained at Last, an organization working tirelessly to end forced and child marriage in the United States.

In this super-sized episode, Geoff and Mike are joined by Derrick Moore, founder of Moore Law, PLLC. Ep. 005: Spotlight
This episode, Mike and Geoff discuss Spotlight, the kind of drama that all those big-franchise actors do big franchises to be able to make. Excellent series. Worth your time
Love the interplay here and enjoy the actual legal analysis and how they tie it into the movie without destroying the need of the film to actually tell an interesting story (or at least try).
Interesting, Entertaining, and Educational
Not just for lawyers, but also for the everyday person. Only a few episodes in, but Geoff and Mike provide some thought provoking conversation on some very well known movies, while also being very entertaining. If nothing else, it’s yet another reason to rewatch some great old(ish) movies!
