Peace with my body

I appreciate this podcast for the reminder that what’s most important is listening to our bodies. I can look back on my childhood and see why I lost touch with my body’s hunger signals and I don’t want to pass that on to my son. Thank you for continuing to inspire me to ditch the diet and be at peace with my body!

Clean language & charisma!

I have been on a health kick for my entire life... I feel my first hurdle has finally been crossed. Admitting that my clean eating was more about control and restriction than actually being healthy was hard for me. I’ve got a long way to go and that’s okay. I’m trying.

I was instantly impressed with Stefani. I listened to other professionals’ podcasts who clearly had great knowledge, they lacked class in my opinion. I love that Stefani presents information with good energy and doesn’t drop the f-bomb every other sentence.
