Superior Sleeping

Usually I fall asleep the minute my head hits the pillow, and before, when I couldn’t sleep I wouldn’t just take extra long I would basically just not sleep that night. But with this podcast I almost never make it through the first reading, sometimes I don’t even make it though the introduction. I sleep so much better when I listen to them, 4 hours of sleep will have me feeling like I got 6 hours at least!

Update: I finally have a favorite episode “Fresh Snow” I haven’t heard much of it because it puts me right to sleep but I know I fall asleep with a smile on my face thinking about a fresh layer of powder on a mountain!
