Recently I haven’t been able to fall asleep, I played this podcast at 10:30 and my watch says I fell asleep 10:45pm. Love this and makes me fall sleep so fast!

The best thing to fall asleep too. I can’t get enough of the Village and look forward to turning on Katherine’s soothing voice every night. I struggle with severe anxiety, and putting my phone down is really hard (due to racing thoughts and needing a lot of distractions to keep them at bay) but by the second listen I’m usually able to relinquish the hold and start drifting off to sleep. I add multiple episodes to the queue and allow her to guide my sleep throughout the night. This is the most beneficial service I’ve ever subscribed to! - Destiny
