A Must-Listen!

I recently discovered this podcast and have been catching up on all the past episodes at every chance I get. Victoria and Meg give me such hope for the wellness world! They are both super knowledgeable both from their academic backgrounds and their personal experience. I also love how they are always learning new things & really go beyond just nutrition science and show how food ties into sustainability, body image, feminism, and social justice. Their expert guests in more niche topics are also awesome. I am looking forward to learning more from this podcast & highly recommend it to anyone, especially dieticians, health coaches, and nutritionists looking to be more holistic in their approach.

Thank you so much for creating such a helpful podcast. I love how real you guys are and how you have a holistic view and I love the way you promote health and wellness. Having struggled with perfectionism my entire life this podcast has allowed me to be kinder to myself and learn how to practice wellness without obsession. I’ve learned so much and have had a better relationship with my body since listening to your podcast.
