Absolute life savor for the past few years

This podcast has been apart of my weekly routine for years, since the beginning of my intuitive eating journey. I have resonated so much with this podcast, and it has allowed me to consistently work from orthorexia towards listening to my body and true food freedom. Looking back to when I first started listening, I have truly come such a long way in learning about myself and how I view the world. As a RD to be, I am so inspired by Victoria, and I look up to her as a role model. Even in a traditional education setting that is very diet culture oriented, I have an awareness of what knowledge will serve others well. Thanks for all that you do, I can’t wait to keep listening to your episodes for (hopefully) years to come!

The only dietitian podcast I’m loving 💗

Victoria is so much fun to listen to. Her honest and open way of being in the podcast keeps me coming back. I love the combination of wellness+intuitive eating. There are no other nutrition podcasts like it and I’m so grateful to have it. I’m an RD and sometimes feel jaded about nutrition themes, but this podcast gets me pumped again!

coming from someone pursuing my own RD path, I have experienced feelings of discouragement in the past due to all of the negativity around food, diets, fads, you name it. I used to struggle finding a like-minded RD to listen to and learn from, and genuinely ENJOY. Victoria’s podcast is so educational in the most beautiful of ways. I love her focus on intuitive eating and ditching diet culture. I give her praise for going against the typical trends. she focuses on what’s truly important and I love using her as a guide to further my knowledge on my own path. she is such an inspiration! please keep ‘em coming!
