A breath of fresh air!!!

I LOVE listening to Victoria talk about all the aspects of TRUE health. Not dieting or exercise rituals or how to lose weight, but how to take care of yourself, how to heal, and how to be happy. I always feel supported when listening to her episodes and it has aided in my recovery from an Eating Disorder. Thank you so much for your work!!!!

I always get so much out of every episode. I’m recovering from anorexia/orthorexia and this podcast has been so helpful in the process of healing. I’m learning to listen to my body and be more intuitive and thoughtful. It’s one of many tools that’s pushing me further to being my true healthy self again. Thank you Victoria for all you do!
