This podcast is an ED recovery-MUST.

I am two years into recovery from anorexia and, if I’m honest, I still struggle with rejecting rigidity around eating and exercise. This podcast helps me daily to challenge my old pattern of thinking and adopt healthy, science based beliefs around wellness. Whether your a new mom or a high schooler, I urge EVERY woman to listen to this podcast and promote these ideas and truths in your circles.

A Must-Listen!

I recently discovered this podcast and have been catching up on all the past episodes at every chance I get. Victoria and Meg give me such hope for the wellness world! They are both super knowledgeable both from their academic backgrounds and their personal experience. I also love how they are always learning new things & really go beyond just nutrition science and show how food ties into sustainability, body image, feminism, and social justice. Their expert guests in more niche topics are also awesome. I am looking forward to learning more from this podcast & highly recommend it to anyone, especially dieticians, health coaches, and nutritionists looking to be more holistic in their approach.
