I’ve been listening to this podcast for the last year and enjoy every episode! I wasn’t expecting to start applying some of the principles to my life all at once, but slowly and surely I have and notice a difference in how I respect my body and my environment! If you want to learn about the human body (especially getting in depth knowledge of the female body), digestion, Intuitive Eating, and sustainability you need to give this podcast a listen!!

This podcast is an ED recovery-MUST.

I am two years into recovery from anorexia and, if I’m honest, I still struggle with rejecting rigidity around eating and exercise. This podcast helps me daily to challenge my old pattern of thinking and adopt healthy, science based beliefs around wellness.
