I may be biased because I have been interviewed by Chris before, but I was a long time listener before that. He is a great interviewer, and serves Christ. I really appreciate his conversation skills and am always left refreshed after I listen to one of his interviews. I’m grateful for his dedication and would highly recommend his podcast to Christians and Non-Christians alike.

Highly recommended! Chris is a skilled broadcaster with deep biblical convictions. He is honest enough to admit without any shame or deception that he has these pre-commitments and convictions (unlike so many in the enemedia who claim to be merely impartial). Chris is fair-minded to guests who differ and allows guests (even those he may not totally agree with) to make their arguments clearly and at length. He also asks hard follow up questions and won’t let anyone get off the hook easily. This promotes understanding and cultivates critical thinking to God's glory. As a local pastor I also love and deeply appreciate his comments on the importance and priority of the family and the local church! Chris says (paraphrase): "Never siphon money away from your family or local church--provide and give their first and only after if God has blessed you and above and beyond financially then please consider giving to Iron Sharpens Iron." What a God-honoring and rare statement! Chris reallly will sharpen you as he interviews a wide-array of thoughtful and serious pastor/scholar/authors. It is refreshing to listen to a podcast that refuses shock-jock, click bait, gotcha and try to make you or your worldview look foolish at every corner (aka sinful/worldly) tactics. Listen, learn, share and support this podcast to the glory of God!

Iron Sharpens Iron is not only informative and challenging but Chris Arnzen is by far one of the best interviewers I have ever heard! He asks the right questions and is very knowledgeable about the guests and the subjects or books being discussed. His input into the show is not a distraction and the flow of the show is not interfered with. I want to challenge those who listen to sacrifice and give him a monthly gift that the show will continue. This is a much needed show in the reformed faith. However, I agree with Chris that you must only do this above your offering for your own church if able.
