AO's Jim Cavale & UAB Head Football Coach Trent Dilfer  discussed the values (knowledge, access, protection) and benefits of the platform including legal advice, medical second opinions and mental health professionals.  

    The movement was initiated by Head Coach Trent Dilfer who gathered the team and encouraged them to prepare for a future where they will be able to have a seat at the table, and negotiate for a larger share of revenue.
