Real talk w/o being “preachy”

I’d consider myself a self-help/empowerment podcast enthusiast and I regrettably just discovered this gem! I love how honest, relatable, and “on-point” she as I typically lose interest if I feel I’m being preached to/at. None of that nonsense here. Straight talk from a well-educated and down-to-earth woman who could also (in my mind, play spades with you too at the family reunion!). Keep up the excellent work. I’m binge listening to all of her episodes, twice!
