Kait gives her listeners real-life solutions to real-life issues, sharing many of the same struggles that we all have, which makes her seem so grounded and relatable. Nutrition and health tips I hear from this podcast are rooted in common sense and very achievable. The presentation is conversational and friendly. Kait invites guest speakers that are always interesting and informative. I look forward to listening each week.

This is such a fun and informative podcast that helps women have a better understanding of nutrition, health and not seeking fad diets or quick fixes. It gives you the tools & mindset to make conscious decisions on how to properly fuel your body and not fall for eating disorders or fitness addictions. I loved listening to it, learnign from Kait and the guests. Highly recommend it to anyone starting a healthy life style or those who are seeking to improve their lifestyle.
