We kick off Season 2 with a jam-packed episode entitled "Five Profit Building Tips". Finally! Super helpful for nutrition
I especially liked the Immune system episode, he talks the facts about what humans are deficient in (vitamins and minerals) and gives you ideas to supplement to be at your best health. Most useful 30 minutes all people should hear for optimal daily functioning. Thank you!
Nutrition Rules! (2003) is one of my favorite books. So many helpful and insightful nuggets there for the finding. Graeme’s podcast is similarly rich. Could not agree more with the pen and paper comment although for me sometimes it’s easier to just re-listen, which I often do. In the agronomy world everyone wants to make a buck off of you. With Graeme it’s clear that he’s more interested in helping farmers do the important work of detoxing our farms and stemming the tide of climate change.
This podcast is wonderful. Not only do you get plant nutrition explained in a comprehensive manner, human health explained in a meaningful manner, but you get jokes too!!! It is a truely great podcast connecting the dots of plant health and human health (and global health) in ways that laymen can comprehend and implement. Wonderful job, thank you!
