First, take a look at restorative type workouts such as nature walks, yoga, stretching, etc. Then, look at strength training and build up your strength, muscle endurance and help with hormone production. Then, when you feel ready, move on to more intense exercise if you like and listen to your body to determine your ongoing needs.
