NY Denim Hangs is a grassroots community organization in New York City that was founded to bring denim lovers together. The purpose of the NY Denim Hangs Podcast is to pull the curtain back on the global denim industry and share the stories of the people that comprise it. We take you beyond the denim to present the mills, makers, manufacturers and marketers in a series of “mini hangs” that we hope will educate, inform and inspire our community.
Follow us on Instagram at @nydenimhangs. All welcome. Come hang.

A breath of fresh air.
This podcast is so interesting! I just found it and binge listened to every episode and I wish there where more. I love the interview/ conversation format. All the other denim podcasts out there have a distinct mens club vibe or only pay lip service to inclusivity. Instead of going around talking only about what their latest purchase is and what they are wearing, this show is dedicated to the love of denim, history, craft and the community. I’ve found so many new to me people to follow as a result. This one is a breath of fresh air.
Truly a place for all peoples...
I love this podcast...the hosts are fun and engaging. The guests are diverse with beautiful and inspiring stories to share. I love how denim could truly bring these strangers together. Bring on season 2!
