Only interesting in a legal standpoint,

First and foremost, there’s so much talk about political agenda by people who are oversensitive about any kind of mention of EITHER party and it’s scary. They weren’t saying anything bad about republicans, and they weren’t saying anything good about democrats. Chill, people. It’s just the statistics of the population on the area they’re talking about.

Second, this podcast is super dry. But, as someone who takes an interest in journalistic perspective and the legality of specific vernacular, this is super interesting to me. People are genuinely ANGRY about the content just because they don’t understand what’s being said. Just because the court proceeding of the DA formally filling charges is boring to you doesn’t have anything to do with the audio quality of the records. Lol, let’s not be too dramatic! This review section is insane.

Jane Doe #1

When I listened to the victim impact statement I felt like I was in a Hollywood movie — in the absolute best way.
Thank God for women like this, for all the women that can’t fight. One of the most amazing things I’ve ever heard.
I can’t even express in words how she made me feel.

Too Many Long Recordings

I like the story (from a this is horrible kind of way) and to those complaining there is no resolution, it is on going! I have less stars because far too much of it is listening to recordings of people rambling on. We should just get small clips to get an idea of what the person is saying and then have the narrator summarize the rest. Some of the people were extremely annoying in how they rambled and it made me frustrated while listening.
