Last week’s challenge:

Joe challenged everyone to try and eat raw nuts/ seeds at least 2x a week
Since nuts/ seeds have shown to lower cholesterol in studies, Joe tried to eat nuts more than 2x a week
Joe also ate nuts and seeds as a snack between meals

Next week’s challenge:

Mark and Joe challenge you to exercise for 30 minutes at least once this week
Here is a short list of some of the possible benefits of exercising:

helps with weight management and fat burning
helps healthy cholesterol levels
beneficial for joints
beneficial for mood
moderate exercise can benefit the immune system
