- Obscurity: Pastures of Bethlehem 
- Obscurity is a place where nobody sees you.
- Obscurity is a place where you feel undervalued and overlooked. 
- Obscurity is a place where others get the call before you get the call.
- Obscurity is a place where the work you do feels lost.
- Obscurity is a place where nobody is coming for you. 
- Notoriety: The King’s Palace
- Notoriety is a place where people see you.
- Notoriety is a place where people think much of you.
- Notoriety is a place where doors and opportunities are open.
- Notoriety is a place where people come to you.
- Advantages to obscurity:
- In obscurity, you get to serve.
- In obscurity, you get to see. 
- Psalm 19:1-4
- Psalm 8:1-8
- In obscurity, you get to develop yourself and your knowledge of God.
- Psalm 23:1-6
- In obscurity, you get to depend on the Lord.
- Realities about notoriety:
- Notoriety is God-given. It is not to be pursued. 
- Philippians 2:3-9
- Notoriety is a gift to steward, not a badge to wear.
- Notoriety is an illusion. 
- Psalm 78:70-72
- Just because you have the attention of man, doesn’t mean you have the attention of God.
- Just because you don’t have the attention of man, doesn’t mean you don’t have the attention of God.
