    S02E16 - Freedom

Sam leaps into 1970, where he and his ailing grandfather Joseph have to escape the police. As Shoshone people, they want to get Joseph back to their reservation where he can die in peace. Leete and Kristen may or may not get trapped in a musical theatre loop again, somehow. Don’t worry about it. CW: Discussion of scenes involving racism.

    S02E15 - Her Charm

We watched “Her Charm”, where Sam leaps into an FBI agent protecting a woman from a vengeful drug lord. Of course he fallsies in lovesies (againsies). Leete and Kristen are especially silly. Please like us.

    S02E14 - All-Americans

We’re talking S02E14, where Sam leaps into a promising young football player who has to help his best friend’s family overcome financial and emotional hardship by him getting a football scholarship. Also, there are some very confused/confusing cheerleaders in this episode. Hmm. CW: Discussion of a brief scene involving sexual assault/harassment.

    S02E14 - All-Americans

    S02E13 - Another Mother

Sam leaps into the place of a mother of three, and he’s on a mission to save his son from a terrible tragedy. There are some ridiculous 80s teens, too. Leete and Kristen are obsessed with the very silly music in this episode. CW: Discussion of scenes involving kidnapping/sexual predators targeting children.

    S02E13 - Another Mother

    S02E12 - Animal Frat

Kristen and Leete watched Season 2, Episode 12 - Animal Frat. Sam leaps into a college kid who has to stop a disaster at school. And boy, are his frat brothers ridiculous. Is this what college is? Were we ever so young?

    S02E12 - Animal Frat

  6. 05/31/2019

    S02E11 - A Portrait For Troian

Sam leaps into a parapsychologist, and he’s got to solve a mystery of a seemingly restless ghost. We talk all things supernatural. Leete gets skeptical. Kristen gets defensive. We rank the sexiness of different Frankenstein’s monsters. It’s a spooky party over here. CW: Discussion of Gaslighting, Murder and Suicide.

    S02E11 - A Portrait For Troian

    S02E10 - Catch a Falling Star

Heads up - this episode features two theatre people talking about the theatre episode of Quantum Leap. Sam leaps into an understudy for the lead role in a production of Man of La Mancha. There is a lot of singing in this episode. Of Quantum Leap, and the podcast. Look out.

    S02E10 - Catch a Falling Star

S02E09 - So Help Me God

Sam leaps into a lawyer in the 50s, fighting against racism and injustice. Kristen and Leete are diving back into Quantum Leap. (And Kristen has an eye twitch. Can you hear it?) CW: Discussion of Racism, Sexual Assault, and Violent Murder.
