084: Body Bags ft. Josh from The VHS Files

In 1993, John Carpenter and Tobe Hooper joined forces to make a quirky horror anthology series for Showtime. That project fell apart, but we still got this charmingly weird flick out of it! Our friend Josh Browning (The VHS Files, Body Bags) helps us unpack these three tales of terror. We're talking '80s action heroes, our prized videotapes, and all things Carpenter in this extra-sized episode!

    083: Intruder

This week, we are back in slasher territory with 1989's Intruder. It's a movie that wants you to think Bruce Campbell is the star of it and that a Hamilton Beach blender can save your life.

    082: Twilight

Happy Valentine's Day, lovers! This week we are covering the most romantic of all movies, Twilight. This movies has everything we love: vampires, a 2000's pop punk soundtrack, and lots of silly dialogue. Hold on tight spider monkeys, this episode gets pretty unhinged.

Unexpected fun find

I ran out of new episodes of all my fav podcasts and searched scary movie podcasts since I have an hour commute to go work each way for my new position. It was an unexpected delight to find this podcast . They mention some of the best movies that most have not really watched or commented on. Both hosts are entertaining and pleasant to listen to. Currently binging the episodes like candy as I plug away on the computer to do paperwork … Great stuff! Keep them coming!
