Episode 1 - Why we're here.
Welcome to the 1st episode of Old Broads Run! We're here to represent the running community of women over 50. We're RRCA certified coaches and want to keep all women out there running for as long as you want to. In this episode we introduce ourselves and tell you about our experience in certification class with the younger and faster runners. We also go for a run and discuss how we're handling the Covid19 quarantine with all our races canceled.
