Getting in to the radio and podcast industry can be tough. In this series we talk to the people who made it. How did they do it? What did they learn along the way, and what advice would they share with other aspiring media professionals? Every guest is a graduate of the Today FM School of Radio and Podcasting - a 10-week course led by Patrick Haughey of AudioBrand, in partnership with Independent College Dublin. They talk about their experience on the course, how they landed a job in radio or podcasting, and they share key tips and watch-outs that may help you kick-start your audio career.

    Padraig Wilson McCarthy – Creator & Presenter, The Voicenote podcast

    Padraig Wilson McCarthy joined the course initially because of his love of radio, but soon found himself falling in love with the idea of developing his own podcast.
