Pelvic Floor, True Core

The recent episode with Jane Austin discussing the magic of the pelvic floor was an absolute must-listen for all women. I learned so much about first connecting to your pelvic floor and the importance keeping those muscles both toned and supple. And what she said about reclaiming the power that emanates from that sacred part of a woman was truly inspiring!! Thank you, Erika for continuing to bring on such interesting and knowledgeable guests.

Love the podcast with Jai Uttel - I think I’m hooked

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the
Podcast with Erika interviewing Jai Uttel. Very well planned, great questions. Observed Jai’s responses well. It was interesting, inspiring and intriguing. Looking forward to going back from the start one by one and listening to all of them!

Inspirational

This podcast with Jai Uttal was truly inspiring to me as a musician. Jai's journey is incredible and Erika Belanger is amazing and asks all the right questions. I loved listening. I'm ready to sign up for one of the upcoming camps. Love that many bring their harmoniums to the camp.
