On Augustine and Education in Crisis: Joseph Clair

In past episodes, we’ve discussed some of the challenges facing the world of higher education, as well as some of the reasons why it’s difficult to address questions of ultimate concern—what makes for a life worth living—when you’re operating in survival mode. How can we get the mental energy think about moral formation when so many social pressures entice us toward pragmatism?
