One of the Most Relaxing Podcasts I Listen to

Listening to Tory and Nicole talk about their lives and share how people can be more self-aware and self-caring is one of my favorite ways to de-stress. They’re both very thoughtful and articulate, while still being very relatable and accessible. They are excellent hosts!

Real people being real honest

I love this podcast. As a mom in my late 20s trying to find myself again amongst burp cloths, binkies and diapers, I love listening to these messages while I’m driving as a reminder of exactly who I am in this life with all my new roles and sleepless nights. Nicole and Tory are honest and real, they mess up, laugh and move on. This podcast is so appropriately titled because their messages truly act as a compass to lead you home to yourself. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who likes to laugh, think and who’s interested in getting to know themselves a little better.

Best Podcast of 2018!

Week after week this pod cast is both amazingly inspirational, and down to earth and real. Nicole and Tory speak in an honest and open way, and in a way that everyone can relate with. After listening to an episode I am always left with a clearer view on things, and a sense of feeling both confident and refreshed. Absolutley would recommend!
