OT, RT, OP, RP… you kept me thinking!
It was such a fun episode. After listening to it I shared it with my sister, and she we her husband. Then we kept playing for hours trying to identify our personality type and that of our friends. We got so much from it. We expressed how do we see ourselves and allowed us to help each other. On top, the fun we had! Thank you Jay, you are an incredible positivity source.
Shawn Stevenson episode
I would just like to say thank you.
I’ve listened to your podcast for only a few months now, I have a lot of catching up to do, but the things you discuss & address are amazing. Specifically the Shawn Stevenson episodes. I listened to that with tears in my eyes as I have been struggling with an auto immune disease for years and I have recently hit a very low point. I’ve seen several doctors and one has blessed my life by helping me heal my self naturally with the right foods and exercise. And every word Shawn said is so true. I just felt so heard and understood listening to this. Being told you have to be controlled by a disease the rest of your life and there’s no reversing it is devastating. It has been an uphill battle from day one and at one point I didn’t think I’d live to see much more of my future. Knowing all the things ive learned about nutrition now and trying to help others can be exhausting because no one wants to listen. They are so consumed in the foods that are consuming them. And their environments that they were raised in that are just robbing them of their health and potential.
All of this is exactly what I needed to hear to know I wasn’t alone and to keep fighting this battle. Thank you for relighting the light at the end of the tunnel. All of my love goes out to the both of you!
