OJ Rushton is an international performance and professional speaking coach, producer, promoter and online communication specialist with a heart for social business. She is also a musician, songwriter, professional speaker, conductor, coach and founder of a number of businesses and organisations.

She has shared the stage with musicians, Lee Kernaghan, Ian Moss, Kate Cerbrano and Birds of Tokyo and speakers such as Andy Harrington & Nick Vujicic and Tony Robbins.

Her choirs have sung at the Opening of Invictus Games, on stage with The Voice winner, Harrison Craig & recorded in the studios of music legends such as Garth Porter, Damien Leith and The Wiggles. She has filmed music videos at the Australian War Memorial and has written/directed productions & founded many choirs & orchestras both in Australia and overseas and compositions been performed at The Australian War Memorial, Anzac Memorial Sydney, Martin Place Cenotaph, NSW Parliament House and at command performances at Government Houses in both Sydney and Canberra.

OJ has also been on the organising committees of a number of significant projects such as the Kangaroo March Centenary Re-Enactment, The Honouring Women United by Defence Service Last Post & Dinners in Canberra and 105 Songs for 105 Years Online Anzac Day Concert as part of the Driveway at Dawn Movement with Aussies and Kiwis for Anzacs Group.

As well as being an accomplished musician & composer OJ is also an entrepreneur with corporate and business experience in a number of areas including business, finance & nutrition.

OJ believes everyone has a song inside them that needs to be sung. She has touched the lives of many young people over the years & continues to do.
