Awesome podcast!
John, host of the On The Couch Podcast, highlights all aspects of health and more in this can’t miss podcast! The host and expert guests offer insightful advice and information that is helpful to anyone that listens!
Very interesting
The couple of episodes I’ve listened to were very interesting- I learned stuff every time. A few of the moments of discussion were a little bit “inside baseball” with terms (“inside therapy?”) but it was still easy to follow and get the gist if not the exact specifics. John is an easy conversational host who is clearly very interested in the topics which makes for a great listen.
Depth and humor
John is a warm and engaging interviewer, and someone who brings out both the depth and humor in his guests. This podcast is great for feeling connected and part of the conversation... from the comfort of your own kitchen, car, or walk in the park. I like how he’s made psychological conversations feel so accessible.
