Encore OTS 165: Grow a Bigger Pie – Melony Swasey

Encore OTS 165: Grow a Bigger Pie – Melony Swasey

For today’s guest, the joy in real estate sales is forging genuine relationships with her clients.

Since 2010, she’s worked closely with home buyers and sellers of all stages of life, guiding them to intelligent, winning decisions. She’s closed over $100 million in sales in nine years and 85% percent of her business is from referrals or repeat clients.

I’ve mentioned more than once on this show how I have had less than stellar encounters with pushy real estate professionals whose marketing strategies can best be described as spray and pray. Their whole focus giving me their business card and getting mine so they can send me spam email. That’s why I’m thrilled to interview today’s guest because she exemplifies what is possible in real estate when the focus is relationship-building and not the sale.

Please join me in welcoming Melony Swasey.

In this episode, we're diving deep with Melony Swasey, an exceptional real estate professional who's redefining the art of client relationships in an industry that's all about the hustle.

    We uncover:
🎯 Engaged Networking: Melony's approach is anything but ordinary; they shun purely transactional relationships for connections that last, focusing on personal interactions that are marked by intelligence and intention.

🎯 Authentic Connections: Listen in as we explore how Melony cherishes quality over quantity, believing in the growth of a bigger pie by cultivating genuine relationships, leading conversations, and connecting people that can change their lives significantly.

🎯 Personalized Approach: Discover Melony's secret sauce – treating everyone like they're already a client. This nurturing strategy not just builds trust, but also ensures their clients feel deeply understood and valued.

🎯 Relationship-Focused Leadership: From handwritten notes to individual check-ins, Melony's philosophy revolves around personal connections and a commitment to their clients' long-term goals rather than immediate sales.

    Why listen? 👂
This episode isn't just for real estate enthusiasts; it's a masterclass for anyone looking to lead with purpose, heart, and an unshakeable belief in the power of relationships. Tune into Episode 165 of "On the Schmooze" to get a slice of Melony's wisdom and maybe grow your pie in the process! 🥧

Traca’s interview - fantastic

I’ve known Traca for several years now and she’s by far one of the most fascinating humans I know. Listening to this interview made me realize why I love her so much, we have more in common than I realized in how we see life as a curiosity journey. If you don’t know Traca, I recommend you get to know her! She’s that rare human that will improve your life just by merely reading her content or being in her world. Thank you Robbie, for having her on as a guest! Great interview!
