In this episode, Tracey and Diana talk about Chad’s devastating diagnosis of Pancreatic cancer, Diana's experience making tough decisions while also respecting her husband's wishes, and ultimately how one dispatcher's compassion led Diana to create a course to teach all dispatchers in training.
