We are blessed to be a church filled with people from all different walks of life, different ages and different languages. We are One Church through God’s grace, together in communion.

    United in Grace

    What if the very thing that divides us is also the thing that can unite us? This message dives deep into Ephesians 2, where we are reminded that salvation is not something we earn through effort, religious practice, or moral performance. It is a gift of grace, received through faith. But here is where it gets compelling: that same grace does not leave us unchanged. A living faith in a living Savior cannot stay contained. It spills out into action, into love, into a willingness to cross the lines that human nature draws between people. We are saved not just from something, but for something. The good works God prepared in advance for us are not a ladder we climb to reach Him. They are the natural overflow of a heart that has truly been transformed. If we find ourselves asking whether our faith is real, this message gives us a clear and honest mirror to look into.

    Not Alone

    What does it mean to never be alone? This message takes us deep into a truth that is easy to forget in the middle of hard seasons: God is not distant, and neither is His church. Drawing from 2 Corinthians 6 and 7, we are reminded that the promises of God are spoken in plural. He said He would walk among them, be their God, and call them His people. Not one of us. All of us together. A Harvard study brought to light that one in three people feel they have needs no one meets, hurts no one listens to, and love no one receives. That kind of loneliness is real, but it was never part of God's design. The church was never meant to be a collection of isolated individuals managing their faith privately. It was meant to be a body, a unit, a living expression of Christ in the world. When we begin to see the church that way, the promises attached to it become staggering. Sickness, depression, division, and addiction are not meant to have the final word over a people who are truly functioning as one.

    Living on Purpose

    What does it mean to live with purpose as a Christian? This message challenges us to move beyond simply having a goal-oriented faith and instead embrace something deeper: purposefully living each moment in a way that glorifies God. Drawing from Isaiah 43:7, which reminds us that we were created and formed for God's glory, and Ephesians 2:10, which speaks of us as God's handiwork prepared for good works, we are invited to examine how our everyday decisions either reflect or obscure the God we serve. Through the lens of a teacher and coach who understands the difference between players who merely show up and those who are intentional in every practice rep, we are confronted with a simple but piercing question: are we telling others we are Christians, or are we showing them? The answer, it turns out, is lived out not in grand gestures but in the quiet, consistent choices of our daily lives.

    The sin we love to share

    What if one of the most destructive forces in our relationships is also one of the most socially accepted? This message takes an honest and searching look at gossip -- a sin so normalized in our culture that we barely recognize it when we are participating in it. Drawing from Psalm 139, we are invited to let God search our hearts and reveal the ways our words may be causing more harm than we realize. The central challenge is this: just because everyone does something does not make it pleasing to God. We are called to close the gap between where faith finds us and where God wants to take us, and gossip is one of the clearest obstacles standing in the way of that growth. Through a practical definition and a series of honest self-examination questions, we are given real tools to evaluate our conversations and guard our character. The spiritual stakes are high -- Proverbs 6 places the stirring up of conflict and the spreading of false witness among the things God finds detestable, reminding us that our words are never just personal matters. They reflect whose children we are and whose image we bear.

    Unstoppable: The Wind That Never Stopped Blowing

    What if the secret to the most explosive growth movement in human history was not a strategy, a system, or a five-step plan, but simply waiting? Acts 2 gives us the birth certificate of the church, and it is a story that should stop us in our tracks. Before Pentecost, the entire following of Jesus fit into a single upper room. One hundred and twenty people. After one sermon, three thousand were added. Today, roughly 2.4 billion people carry the name of Christ. How does a movement that started in a small occupied province, led by a group of frightened and uncertain followers, outlast the Roman Empire and reach every corner of the earth? The answer is not human cleverness. It is the Holy Spirit. This message calls us to examine whether we have been trying to build something in our own strength that only God can build. The early church did not manufacture community and then receive the Spirit. They received the Spirit and community was the natural result. That distinction changes everything about how we approach our faith, our church, and our witness in the world.

    God Alone

    This exploration of Mark 12:28-31 takes us deep into the heart of what it means to truly follow Jesus by examining two ancient Hebrew words that form the foundation of our faith. When Jesus was asked about the greatest commandment, He responded with the Shema, a declaration that faithful Jewish families have taught their children for thousands of years. But here's where it gets fascinating: the Hebrew word 'Shema' means so much more than just 'hear.' It means to listen, to take heed, and most importantly, to respond with action. We're challenged to recognize that hearing God's word without doing something about it isn't really hearing at all. The second word, 'Echad,' meaning 'one,' isn't just a mathematical statement about God's unity but a call to absolute allegiance. Together, these words demand that we ask ourselves a piercing question: if God is truly one and Jesus is the only way, why is our attention so divided? We live in a world full of competing voices telling us how to live, spend, and treat others. This message calls us to clear out those rival voices and commit to following so closely behind Jesus that we're covered in the dust of His footsteps. It's about letting our faith travel that crucial twelve inches from our heads to our hearts, and then into our hands and feet.

    The rest you have been looking for

    Mark 3:1-6 challenges us to examine the difference between exhausting religious performance and the soul-deep rest found in Christ. We encounter Jesus healing a man with a shriveled hand on the Sabbath, but the deeper miracle is His confrontation of shriveled hearts—those religious leaders so focused on rules they missed the very purpose of God's gift of rest. The message cuts to the heart of our modern exhaustion: we're not just physically tired, we're spiritually drained from trying to earn what God freely offers. The Sabbath wasn't meant to be another burden but a blessing, a picture pointing to Jesus Himself as our ultimate rest. When Jesus declares He is Lord of the Sabbath, He's revealing that He IS the Sabbath—the completeness, the shalom, the wholeness our souls desperately crave. No amount of vacation days, self-care routines, or even religious activity can provide what only Christ offers. The beautiful truth is that Jesus already finished the work on the cross, declaring 'It is finished'—yet we keep reaching for our spiritual wallets, trying to pay a debt already settled. This message invites us to stop swimming in our own strength and simply climb aboard the rescue boat of grace.

    Presence and Purpose Navigating Life’s Storms with Jesus

    Life’s storms often blow up out of nowhere—a sudden medical diagnosis, an unexpected layoff, or a hidden family crisis. In this message, we look at Mark 4, where the disciples find themselves caught in a furious, terrifying squall while Jesus is fast asleep in the back of the boat. It is a powerful reminder that following Jesus does not exempt us from disruptive weather, but it does guarantee our survival. When you belong to Christ, you are never alone in the tempest. This sermon explores two life-changing truths to cling to when the waves crash over you: you are in the storm with His presence, and you are in the storm for His purpose. Ultimately, we discover that while the storm may rock your boat, it will never sink it—because the Author of Life is on board, anchoring our souls and leading us safely to the other side.
