In this episode we play a little role reversal, with Janei Maynard (the founder of 5th Element Center for Dance) interviewed by researcher, dancer, rude gyal, and close friend of Janei's, Dr. Onisha Etkins. Together they break down the mission and roots of this welcoming space, as well as discuss the future that these spaces bring and their importance to historically oppressed communities in the dance space.
