These guys are great

i really enjoyed their Coffee Break Spanish Podcast. this a compressed short lesson that teaches you a few words or a single sentence. i'm using a DS game called My Japanese Coach. using that with this podcast is really helping me out. i wish this podcast was as long as in depth as their other pod casts, but hey it's in the title "One Minute"!!!! thanks guys keep up the good work.

Generalized Japanese

Just by listening to the first lesson, I'm dissapointed.

They generalized Hello.

Konnichiwa actually means Good Afternoon. Not just hello. If you walk up to a person in Japan and it just happens to be lets say 10am and you say konnichiwa, they will look at you like you are stupid.

Ohaiyo is good morning.
konnichiwa is good afternoon
Konbanwa is good evening.

Too Short

Ok podcast. It's more than a minute. But still get about as much out of it as you can. It's not like taking a language course, that's for sure.
