My favorite REAL wellness podcast
I usually stay away from everything wellness because it has become a world of influencers that are fueled by sponsorships, non-factual info and one size fits all diets. Many wellness influencers and orgs promote shame. I love Jessica and her podcast because of the way that she shows vulnerability and doesn’t try to be something or someone else, and her guests are the same. Its like listening to friends who are super cool and also so happen be super intelligent and informative!! I also love the variety of topics she whether it’s food, mental health, diversity, women’s health, etc. I learn so much every time I listen. I can’t give this podcast enough praise!!!
