In her current role, Yolanda Zepeda works to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the university, supporting collaborations and idea exchange among academic units, faculty, students, and staff. She oversees strategic diversity planning and reporting and promotes inclusive practices in faculty recruitment and hiring. Yolanda also oversees targeted programs that promote success of students from diverse backgrounds including Latinx students, students in STEMM, and parenting students. Yolanda also directs the campus magazine, ¿Que Pasa, Ohio State?, a student-led publication that highlights Latinx scholarship and engagement.
