Swagger on South Beach-- Love, Titles and the Legendary U

In this podcast episode, we look at what made the Miami Hurricanes 20 year run from 1983-2003 so legendary.

Miami went 201-39 from '83 to 03', with three perfect seasons

Along the way, there were two other huge winning streaks - an NCAA-record 58-game home streak from 1985-94, and a 29-game run from 1990-93.

The average fan remembers those teams as being brash and undisciplined as the things that set them apart. In this episode you will learn it was something else...

    New Operation GritBox Podcast Episode!

Journalist Brian Mealer hops on the podcast to share the story of his time in Belle Glades, Florida. Mealer spent a year with the Glades Central Raiders high school football team. Glades Central is consistently ranked as one of the Top high school football programs in the country.

The Belle Glades area has sent an extraordinary number of players to the NFL, including many in the first round!

Absolutely incredible considering the chronic poverty, disease, violence, and trauma that cripples players futures before they can ever begin.

Amazing Story, I choked up a couple of times in the interview because of the amount of trauma Glades Central players go through and how similar it is to the situation of the football players I coach at Castlemont HS in Oakland.

If you are a Fan of young people overcoming adversity then you will love this episode!

Coach Jack Operation GritBox ,

TopFlight Show!!!

Definitely my favorite podcast on ITunes. Love the way Coach Jack sets up guests with great questions so they can drop Major Wisdom. Guests are on point and have really helped my achieve TopFlight Performance in my own life.
Also really inspiring what Jack is doing at Castlemont High School. Love the Show and definitely recommend to anybody wanting to get TopFlight Performance.

Unacceptable Activity

There are very few things that get under my skin more than opportunistic people looking for ways to get over on people. I’ve heard numerous times that the guy who runs this podcast behaves in a serpent like manner. He invites guests on just to leech off of their ideas and creativity so that he can later pass it off as his own. I was also informed that he is unprofessional and lacks integrity. I wouldn’t recommend listening to this podcast but more importantly I wouldn’t recommend working with this guy. 1/5 and that one is because the name of the podcast is cool I guess.

Mind of matter

This podcasts really gets into the athletes mindsets. Helpful to climb mental barriers that are placed before people. Great listen and completely worth the time
