Brett Huneycutt is Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Wealthsimple. Prior to Wealthsimple, he co-founded photo website 1000memories.com which was acquired in 2012 by Ancestry.com where he became Director of Product. Brett is a former engagement manager at McKinsey and Rhode Scholar at University of Oxford.
Wealthsimple is a Toronto-based fintech company bringing smart, simple, online financial products to market. Their products include investment management services, equity and crypto trading, peer-to-peer cash transferring, and a tax platform. In May 2021, the company raised $750M CAD at a valuation of $5B CAD.
