I love learning how to be a little more efficient with everything in my life through Optimize👍🏼

I love the Optimize program, site and meditations, the 101 lessons, the top 10 big ideas of so many amazing books, daily emails, and everything else. Although to me it doesn’t seem like self help as much as it is optimizing my already awesome self.. I’m always figuring out how to do things more efficiently so when I notice a spot in my life that isn’t quite optimized I search for a lesson or philosophers note that aids me in the discovery.
I love getting the daily emails as they keep me present to what I’m committed to as well as provide me with new insights.

Brian makes self-help easier.

My first experience with Brian was seeing his video on the book GRIT. It was recommended to me and im not an avid reader and was looking for an audiobook when i came across his explaination of this book. I wouldnt have been able to get all the awesome things that the book had to offer without Brian's take on it and have been hooked ever since! :)
