This isn't a typical podcast. It's just a little show, recorded in the great outdoors. Hosted by Cait Flanders (author of Adventures in Opting Out + The Year of Less), each week we'll head outside and explore our inner worlds. See you out there, friend.

Until the Next Adventure
Sometimes you don't know you're nearing the end, until you arrive there. It feels like that's what happened for me on Friday. When I was driving to the river where I recorded this episode, I just... knew it was going to be the last one.
This podcast helped me come back to myself, in so many ways. It helped me connect with you in new ways. And it also helped me connect with someone who has become one of the most important people in my life. I feel so grateful for it all.
I don't want to say goodbye, because I have plans to podcast again (and share a little about that towards the end). I trust we are going to reconnect. Until then, please take good care of yourself, friend. And thank you. 3 -
Every Conversation is a First
This is a concept I've only gotten more comfortable with in the past year, thanks to this podcast + a few relationships in my life. Now, I'm applying it to something new—and sharing it with you. :)

A New Practice
It's been a beautiful two weeks. There is so much to be grateful for right now. And, in the midst of it all, I seem to have developed a new practice that is helping me be more honest with myself—and others.

Softening Into Joy
After a month filled with insecurity and anxiety, I've set one intention for March—to practice being present. I also share: thoughts on self-trust, a phrase I've been holding onto all year that is finally making some sense, and a snippet from a wonderful conversation I had with a friend this week.
PS - If you want to check out my friend Anthony Ongaro's work, you can find him on YouTube. :) -
What Do You Really Want?
A question I've asked myself in many areas of my life in the past, except for one—until now. Plus a new prompt for you, if you'd like to record and submit something for the end of a future episode!

I Didn't Self-Sabotage This
Hi friend! It feels so good to be back. And I'm here (in the UK!) with both an update on what the past two months have looked like for me, and some thoughts on the thing I'm feeling most grateful to myself for right now: the fact that I didn't self-sabotage what I wanted. (That's something I have some history with.)

Refreshing
Cait is a refreshing voice to listen to as she dives into real topics. I appreciate the vulnerability and the rawness of the episodes! Great podcast
Great podcast
This is a really low key and relaxing podcast to listen to. I like to listen while walking outdoors, and listening to Cait’s unscripted musings makes me feel like I’m walking with a friend. I also enjoy the outdoor sounds of birds, wind and ocean that are in the background. If you are looking to relax but also to have food for thought I highly recommend this podcast.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
This is the podcast that helped me out the most this year in terms of staying grounded, being involved in heathy self-care routines and making sure I connect with likeminded people that share similar experiences. Cait makes you feel like you are friends even though you may have never met and I enjoy every episode so much! 😍 Thank you for everything! I’m looking forward to the future of the podcast and (hopefully) some in-person events in different parts of the world as well ☺️ ( ➡️ Germany 🇩🇪)
