Great podcast that touches on a range of issues we as men face and or even need to face and own up to. Ryan and Kip provide valuable material that has been essential to my own personal and professional development. Step in to who you should be as a man and check this show out and start working on yourself.

Guilt for taking care of myself?

Never. If I’m not taking care of myself with daily exercise, reading, stretching, working, journaling and setting daily goals then I fail and if I fail, everything around me fails. It’s simple.

Great podcast.....We need it!

Ryan (and Kip) do an awesome job making this interesting inspirational and educational. Ryan seems to be just a regular family man who has lots of things figured out on this topic of what it means, today, to be a “man”. Keep up the great work, guys, and thank you. Jn, hershey pa
