Our future depends on it All The Things

    • Self-Improvement

Today's solo episode was inspired by my previous episode with Tiffany York.
Relationships and people are important. For a long time, I didn't think so but in fact, it is the fabric that holds this world together. It holds our individual worlds together and one rip in it can be like a hole in a sail.
In this episode, I share a blog about and thoughts on one thing that I believe we all need to embody a bit more in order to save the fabric of our society.

About the host
Lisa Chin (she/her/hers) believes that knowing ourselves is central to being happy and fulfilled. This podcast is about the observation and examination of self - exploring all the things that make us who we are. Why? Because the better we understand ourselves, the more good we can do in the world.
Lisa creates and podcasts from the traditional and unceded land of the Nipmuc/k and Massachusett tribes in a town outside Boston, MA.
