@kimstewinspired ,

Encouragement your heart needs

I love how Jodi and her guests gather around the “island” to encourage our hearts. I highly recommend you give the show a listen, I especially loved her episode with Carla on planning your quarterly retreat. Something we all need! :)

Pabs50 ,

This is what you need!

Just spend a minute or two listening to Jodi’s calming voice and you could easily slip into island time no matter your circumstances.

She has helpful conversations that teach you how to make your own habit of “slow living”, and why it’s good for your soul!
