    Our Vital Nature Ep. 8

If you are someone who menstruates, you are a cyclical being – waxing and waning with the moon, turning like the wheel of the seasons, shifting and changing with every passing day. But many menstruating people are not taught to embody this wisdom. Having the knowledge to attune yourself to your inner cycles is your birthright. In this conversation with Clara Bailey, Naturopath & Herbalist, we talk about all things cyclical living so that you can learn key tools for body literacy and become reproductively sovereign.

A good one

There are few podcasts I really look forward to the next episode of. This is one of them. I don’t align completely with the beliefs of the host or the guests, but it’s a chill conversation that makes me think and helps me learn more about plants.

Beautiful and necessary

Just the kind of podcast that is so hard to find but needed! The more intersectional herbalism and care the better 💚

Great content!

I struggle between really loving the content of this podcast and feeling cringey/frustrated with the host talking over guests, talking more than those being interviewed, etc. not always! but notice in most episodes and it's distracting from the awesome guests, topics she's covering.
