SB803 Signed: What It Really Means

Without SB 803, there would be no state board, no licenses and no regulation of beauty in California. Now that SB 803 has been signed, we’re relieved and excited. After spending months tracking, discussing and advocating for the continued regulation of beauty pros, we review what’s in the final version of the bill and how it may be implemented once it goes into effect on January 1, 2022.

Just Beauty Professionals Need

Outgrowth Podcast came to give me hope during a hopeless time. It was the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020 and everything was closed for beauty professionals. The information shared by Jamie and Ashley helped me to shift my perspective. Instead of allowing anxiety to blur my focus, I used this time to work on other aspects of my career such as organization and education. The information shares has the best interest to make us beauty professionals succeed. I trust what they have to say. This is why I look forward to listening in every week. They understand the evolving needs of beauty professionals today and hit it on the nail with every episode.

Great current information for nail techs!

I took a deep dive while driving and was educated on many issues that affect our industry. Ashley’s take on session work and how we are not taken as seriously in the beauty world really struck a chord. I look forward to listening on the regular!

ProgressivePinup ,

All the yes!!!

I can never learn enough about these topics. There is so much to learn and absorb. I can’t wait to hear more from these experts!
