Wonderful podcast! Came across the podcast randomly and always look forward to the new episodes. As someone in therapy, I never knew how helpful it could be to listen to a therapist counseling someone else. It has helped me to identify with certain thoughts and feelings that often I have a hard time realizing on my own. Hearing someone else talk about certain things has helped me to have those ahh ha moments and really be able to open up and take those things to my own therapy.
An Essential Podcast
A friend recommended Over It and On With It years ago and the rest is history. I’ve been listening since then and find comfort in hearing Christine’s guidance while she coaches so many people. It’s a great introduction for those that are interested in self-improvement but really could apply to anyone who is struggling with life’s many challenges. I talk about the concepts I learn from this podcast with friends and family all the time, but the credit goes to “CH” as I call her! Thanks, Christine, for all you do! <3
