    COCONUT RAW CHOCOLATE PIE RECIPE

    * 3/4 C raw cashews

    * 3/4 C raw almonds

    * 1/3 C coconut oil

    * 1/3 C raw honey

    * 1/2 C unsweetened coconut flakes

    * 1 avocado

    * 1/4 C raw cacao

    STEPS:

    1. Mix together all the ingredients in a blender, until consistency is as chunky or creamy as you like.

    2. Scoop into a dish (you may need few drops of almond milk to thin it down).

    3. Cut into small portions while is still soft. Keep refrigerated.

I so appreciate the way the topic of body image is approached in this podcast. Yes, straightforward ,but no shaming, just the plain truth in a very kind way.Very cool that she includes recipes in this podcast. Looking forward to more episodes.
