Grateful for freedom from compulsive eating

These stories are my story. Their struggles are my struggles. It is such a relief to realize I am not alone. These podcasts are just what I need to continue living in freedom.

As a recovering COE these personal stories of how it was, what happened and what it is like now; provide me with gratitude. We all have a disease that is cunning and baffling. The blessing for me is that my fellows are willing to share. I see myself in these stories and since I can listen any time they serve to strengthen my recovery. 🌺
