In our culture, it can easily become an idol, but I am learning that there is a need to help people see that the body is a temple and should be treated with care. In the same way that the intersection of sports and Christianity is a great place to do ministry, the same is true with fitness.

I’m enjoying listening to Ian’s show and his conversations with his guests. He asks insightful, challenging questions and effectively divides the Word to drive home important lessons on how Christ followers should view and engage with people who are different from them in the love of Jesus
