Uniquely smart, honest, and truly health focused

This is by far the best women’s health podcast available. I know this is a ton of work for the hosts, but I hope they know how truly impactful their work is! I cannot say enough as to how this podcast has changed my life for the better. Keep listening to everyone out there!

What happened?

This show was one of my favorite health and wellness podcasts....... I’ve tried for the past year or so to hang in there but now that Stefanie is only on once in a while it’s not really worth listening to. Nicole’s ramblings are just too much to take and bordering on narcissistic.....the baby info has also gotten way too out of hand. This IS a women’s health podcast but there are a lot more issues out there regarding women’s health that do not pertain to pregnancy.... I hope the old format comes back!
