Uniquely smart, honest, and truly health focused

This is by far the best women’s health podcast available. I know this is a ton of work for the hosts, but I hope they know how truly impactful their work is! I cannot say enough as to how this podcast has changed my life for the better. Keep listening to everyone out there!

Balanced health + wellness podcast BUT...

I discovered this podcast this summer and binged past episodes almost daily while in the process of confronting restrictive eating behaviors. Their perspectives and insight couldn’t have come at a better time. Maybe my feedback is a side effect of the daily listening sessions, but Noelle’s rambling and need to always have the last word has started to become very grating. It almost strikes me as an insecurity since she always drones on to give her personal take, even if her input is less thoughtful and researched.

@Noelle - if you ever read this: we trust that you’re an expert. You don’t have to ramble on every single time to convince us of that!! Also, for the love of God, please stop saying “kiddos.”

Now I’ll stop rambling ;)

Over 10 mins in and no real content yet. #aintgottime

This podcast seemed very promising, and I’m sure it’s great when they start to talk about actual content. I’m well over 10 mins into an episode, and they haven’t talked about anything of substance. I hope not every episode is this way; I don’t want to listen to the fluffy chatter. Sorry.
